Thanks to everyone who has provided us with feedback about the new look of massagent.com.  Our website is a storehouse of usable information for our membership and one of the goals in getting the redesign done was to enhance the ability to find all of that great info.

Keeping track of every username and password these days is like a full time job. It’s no wonder that one our most Frequently Asked Questions is about the Login process massagent.com. One of the great things about a blog, is that I can address FAQ’s like this. Let’s get to it…

While much of the content on massagent.com is available for all to read, portions of our site do require a reader to Log In. This applies mainly to our Publications and some of our Products & Services (like the Data Security Tool Box.)

Here are some things to keep in mind.

• Get Your Own! Everyone in the agency should have their own Username & Password. There’s no need to share.
• Your Username is your email address.
• Registration is straightforward and requires that you complete a quick online form.
• You chose your own password when you register. You won’t have to wait to access that article you’re looking for.

You can log in by clicking the “Login” button which is at the top right-hand side of any page above the Google Mini search bar.

Clicking that button will bring up a box like the one pictured below. You have the option to Login, Request a forgotten password or Register and create your own user name & password.
